Our work sits at the intersection of strategy and leadership.
We focus on how you think before what you do.
Everything we do at Scale Original is built around this belief. Growth is not about chasing every opportunity or following someone else’s playbook.
It’s about building the judgment, clarity, and confidence to make decisions that align with who you are and where you want to go.
Built for women founders redefining what business looks like, the Scale Original approach safeguards what makes you original - your values, voice, and vision, while unlocking your business’s full potential.
Hi there, I'm Moriah Ofordu - founder of Scale Original.
I’ve worked within highly complex, matrixed environments where alignment, clarity, and sound decision-making are essential.
My work has consistently sat at the intersection of strategy and leadership, helping leaders and teams translate ambition into clear, executable direction. Along the way, I’ve built and led high-performing teams and supported organizations through growth and change.
One common thread I saw throughout my career was this: the most effective leaders were not the ones with all the answers, but the ones who were anchored. Anchored in alignment between words and actions. Between past decisions and present expectations. Between stated values and lived behavior.
At the same time, I repeatedly saw that many of the skills required to think strategically and lead through complexity are learned informally, if at all. When leaders were able to build that alignment intentionally, the results were meaningful, both in performance and in how teams functioned and grew.
Alongside my corporate work, I advised women entrepreneurs through Futurpreneur and founder networks, supporting leaders who were building meaningful businesses and teams while navigating real-world constraints. These experiences reinforced my belief that growth does not require abandoning values, but it does require clarity, structure, and intentional planning.

Challenge the standard
Originals don’t follow trends. We challenge conventional thinking and design growth that reflects what truly matters, not just what is expected.
Scale Original is for women in business and leadership, including entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, who want to grow with intention, stay true to their authenticity, and lead with purpose.
These values shape our work and guide how we show up every day.
Own your difference
Culture starts with how you lead. We prioritize trust, respect, and care for people, knowing that sustainable success is built through strong relationships.
Build with heart
Culture starts with how you lead. We work with leaders who care deeply about their people and want to build cultures rooted in respect, inclusion, and trust - where success feels shared.
Scale with clarity
Bold ideas need structure. We turn ambition into clear priorities, intentional strategies, and confident next steps so growth feels focused rather than overwhelming.
