I’ve spent my career helping brands like EY, RBC, and MLSE turn complex strategies into plans people can actually build from. Along the way, I learned what works, what doesn’t, and how much stronger businesses become when strategy and humanity work together.
That idea and the influence of the women leaders I worked with and alongside, who were building, leading, and redefining what success could look like, became the foundation for Scale Original. They showed me that growth can be done differently: with integrity, care, and purpose. Scale Original was built to bring that kind of clarity, alignment, and intentional growth to the businesses founders are building from the ground up.
Today, I bring the strategy and structure I honed in corporate to help founders and growing teams design systems that fit who they are and how they lead. My work combines business strategy, brand & partnership development, and program innovation, but more than that, it’s about building in a way that still feels human.
